This handy collection of ornaments is made up entirely of two-piece prints that slot together perfectly to make 3D Christmas tree hangers that look great when in use, but are easy to dismantle and take very little storage space.
2. Foldable Tree Ornament

This foldable 3D printed Christmas tree ornament is another great print for those of you without much storage space, but who also want something a little fancier. Folded together it makes for an attractive hanger for your tree, but opened up it can be used for candy or stocking stuffer toys.
Some users have noted failure prints, but the designer has since added a brim to the design to help prevent filament loss, so be sure the version you download includes these brims before you print.
3. Fully 3D Printed Tree

If you’re in the market to 3D print your own entire Christmas tree, then look no further. Using a technique known as ‘drooloop’, the designer was able to create a threaded string look that comes together to make a pleasantly ‘fuzzy’ 3D printed tree.
The tree was decorated using scaled-down versions of these 3D printed ornaments, which were attached with a glue gun.

If you get your hands on translucent filament in various colors, all you need to do is make sure to preset a color change after the base is finished. Then, you’ll find your LED-ready 3D printed Christmas lights ready to hang in no time.
5. Christmas Baubles

If you don’t want to hunt around to find the different colored shapes and sizes you want, then you’ll love this collection of different 3D printed baubles. With 35 different prints, all you need to do is make sure you have enough different colored filaments.
Each bauble includes a handle so you can hang them with simple hooks, but they are printed separately. So if you make any adjustments to any given bauble’s size, make sure you alter the size of the handle accordingly.

The standard size in the files is exactly 4 inches (100mm), and it can be scaled up or down in your slicer software to suit your printer size or decoration needs.

Those of you with children in your life will know that everything is a toy, including the decorations you’ve worked hard to print and display. Fortunately, this snowman fidget toy is a combination 3D printed Christmas decoration and fidget toy, so you won’t have to worry about the rest of your decorations being moved around or broken.
It’s designed to be printed in multiple parts without any supports, though you may need to add rafts to the more circular sections as they won’t have much contact with the build plate during printing.

The best part about this is that the designer thought of everything, making it a very accessible project even for 3D printing beginners. All the pieces are individual prints so you won’t need to paint provided you have a good variety of filament colors, and each one is already set to the perfect orientation for FDM printing with no supports or rafts required at all!

It is worth noting that this design was made with thicker nozzles in mind, 1.0mm specifically. While you should be able to print it no problem with a smaller nozzle, you may want to make sure the slicer settings suit your printer to avoid disappointment.
20. Funny Christmas Bottle Opener

Instead of having one or two loose bottle openers passing from place to place only to inevitably get lost, why not print out a wall-mounted bottle opener instead?
This particular one is a personal favorite. It’s printed with an internal mechanism that, if assembled following the included instructions, switches the festive sign to a humorous one. If you like, you can customize the message to say something different or even more personal to you and your family.
